We have all been through a couple of a challenging years. For many it has meant rising anxiety, a sense of disconnect and general exhaustion due to uncertainty and stress. More than ever, it is important to shift towards our inner wisdom and reconnect to our innate purpose.

Join me for a beautiful 5 - week online gathering where we will explore how to take our health and wellbeing back into our own hands. We will pause and recenter our lives around what truly matters. What does it mean to you to feel “well”? To live a life of purpose and with intent?

By utilizing tools that support behavioral change you can calm the restless mind, find more comfort in your body, create overall clarity and peace in your life and improve your general wellbeing. Together we will dive deeper and inquire how you can continue to grow, transform and create lasting change. You will learn how to ground yourselves and create more awareness, focus and presence in your everyday life. And most importantly, increase the quality of your relationships, in particular with yourself.

I will provide you with one Live Coaching meet up and one Live Yoga class per week. You will also receive one pre-recorded Meditation each week to follow along with each day of the week, as well weekly homework assignments based on our weekly theme and inquiries. You will also receive continued access and support from me through this journey and transformation.

Create a quiet space for yourself free from cellphones and other potential distractions to fully enjoy our time together. Keep a blanket and pillow or yoga bolster close by.

To remember:

Learning from one another is a big part of growth, and in order for everyone to feel like they can honestly share, we must feel safe and keep our conversations and sharings within our group

Commit to your home practice. With regular practice and awareness, your habitual patterns will change and you will transform. Change happens through the mechanisms of regular practice and not through intellectual understanding

I believe nobody needs to get fixed and we all have the inner capacity and wisdom for growth and healing

TWEEN YOGA & EXPRESsIVE aRTS

This is for the tween or young teen girl in your life! In this workshop we will focus on building inner and outer strength as as well as physical and mental flexibility and learn to let go stress and anxiety, build a healthy relationship with our bodies and feel great about ourselves.

Yoga and Expressive Arts promotes the mind-body connection and is a creative and successful way to develop a positive body image which is very needed at this age. Explore yoga postures and flowing sequences, practice breathing exercises and enjoy deep relaxation in a non-competitive environment. Together we create a safe and creative space for expressing what is going on in our worlds. We learn to trust in the process as we explore poor creative power.

Feel free to bring an art journal and your own art supplies like favorite pencils and images cut out from magazines, colored papers etc.
